Girls, I want to share a fabulous resource that I have on my keeper shelf -- The Mocha Manual Guide to Fabulous Pregnancy is now on DVD.

I used the book as a primary resource with both of my pregnancies and share it with my clients, family and friends. It is a well-organized resource that highlights some of the unique circumstances that effect women of color in pregnancy and walks like a helpful friend the gambit from shaping a healthy pregnancy and preparing for delivery to managing maternity leave.
